My name is Catherine Blackwell. A self-taught baker for the last 15 years who specializes in cheesecake and pies. Baking has always been a passion of mine with all the different creative ways to create sweets and amplify natural flavors. My daughter is allergic to food dyes and I make it a goal of mine to create desserts she can enjoy without losing the color and flavor we all know and love.
